This policy describes how Lavoqer Desarrollos S.A. collects, uses and protects personal information from anyone who visits lavoqer.com or interacts with our forms. It is drafted in line with Law 25.326 on Protection of Personal Data and the updates to the Argentine regime in force in 2026.

2. Data we process
We collect the name, email and messages sent through the contact form. When you accept analytics or advertising cookies we additionally receive technical identifiers and browsing information tied to Google Consent Mode v2.
3. Purposes
We use the data to answer enquiries, show you crowdlending opportunities aligned with your profile, measure the performance of the site and comply with our regulatory duties before the CNV.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent (contact form and cookie banner), on the execution of a pre-contractual relationship and on the legitimate interest of keeping the platform safe and operational.
5. Third parties involved
We share information with cloud infrastructure providers located inside and outside Argentina, with Google Ireland Ltd. for measurement and advertising services and with legal and accounting firms supporting the works.
6. Retention
Contact data is kept for 5 years after your last message. Advertising identifiers follow the timeframes defined by Google Consent Mode v2 and can be revoked at any moment.
7. ARCO rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to privacy@lavoqer.com. The Access to Public Information Agency is the competent authority.
8. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption, two-factor authentication on internal systems, annual security reviews and business continuity plans revisited every quarter.
9. Changes
Any material change will be published on this page at least 15 days in advance. We recommend reviewing the policy before sending any form.
